The Feasibility Analysis is the process of determining whether an entrepreneur?s idea and business model form a viable foundation for creating a successful business. Its purpose is to determine whether a business idea and model are worth pursuing. See chapter 4 for required subtopics.

Cover page - simple, nothing elaborate is needed
Proposed Business Description ? (1-1.5 pages max )
Industry and Market Feasibility Analysis: (pp. 102?105; - 2 pages max) - include all of the pertinent sub-topics for your proposed business. Does proposed product/service has a market and how you would enter that product/service into the market. Are there obstacles to overcome; are there specific threats, etc.?
Product or Service Feasibility Analysis ? (pp. 106?108; 2 pages max) include all of the pertinent sub-topics for your proposed business. Show how you intend to market your product/service, how you intend to gain market share, and finally how you are going to price your product/service in order to make a profit.
Financial Feasibility Analysis ? (p. 109) include all of the pertinent sub-topics for your proposed business. This section must include accurate estimates of revenues and costs based on appropriate research. - This is the most important part to an investor. Create a simple financial spreadsheet in the same format that you would see a 10-K for a corporation - an assets section and liabilities section. (sample included in instruction files)
Final Analysis ? (1 page max) based on the information that has been gathered, determine if the proposed business should proceed to the Business Planning stage. Create a short executive summary that you would give to an investor to set the stage for a presentation of your proposed product/service.
